Returns
Opened Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened items. We advise checking your items upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.
Furniture Items:
For furniture purchases, you have up to one week from the delivery date to initiate a return. If the item is unopened and in its original packaging, we are happy to process your return.
Refunds
Damaged Furniture Items: In the unfortunate event that your furniture item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, and we will guide you through the refund process.
Non-Furniture Items: Refunds for non-furniture items are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer service team with your concerns, and we will work to find a satisfactory solution.
